Eligibility

  • Identify as a BIPOC/Global Majority Student

  • High school junior in Spring 2024 at a Pierce County high school

  • Actively involved in your school and/or your community

  • Minimum 2.0 GPA

  • Be eligible for Pell Grant as determined by Aid Calculator

Commitment

  • Attend ALL Post-Secondary trainings (generally 3hrs per month) during the 11 months between spring semester junior year through the summer after graduating high school.

  • Maintain a 2.0 GPA

  • Maintain contact with Palmer Scholars staff & mentor throughout college

  • Complete semi-annual check-ins/Surveys
